Are you ready to take part in the Diversity Veterans Cup? Registering your team is a straightforward process, but it’s essential to follow the steps carefully to ensure everything goes smoothly. Step 1: Create Your DVP Account
To get started, head over to veteranscup.diversitysports.ae. Here, you’ll need to create a DVP account. Make sure to use a real email address, as this is where you’ll receive important notifications regarding your registration.
Step 2: Set Up Your Team
Once you’ve created your account, you’ll be greeted with the “Set Up Your Team” screen. Before proceeding, ensure you have the following items ready:
- A PNG image of your team logo
- An image or PDF of your jersey design
- Contact information for the primary contact person
- An emergency phone number
Having these documents handy will streamline the setup process.
Step 3: Submit Your Team Information
After entering the necessary details, submit your team information. Your registration will be sent to the organizers for approval.
Step 4: Await Approval
Once your team is approved, you will receive an email notification. You will also gain access to your team dashboard, where you can manage your team’s registration.
Step 5: Register Players and Staff
In the dashboard, navigate to the “Players” and “Staff” tabs to register your team members. Here’s what you’ll need for each:
For Players:
- Full Name
- Birthdate
- Jersey Number
- Jersey Size (S, M, L, XL)
- A scanned copy or photo of Emirates ID or passport
- A recent photo of the player
Note: All uploaded files must not exceed 5MB.
For Managing Committee Members:
- Full Name
- Birthdate
- Role
- Uniform Size
- A scanned copy or photo of Emirates ID or passport
