4.4. Data Ownership: Teams and Users retain ownership of the data they upload to our Platform. However, by uploading data, they grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process the data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
Teams and Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from their use of our Platform, including but not limited to:
- Any breach of this Agreement
- Any unauthorized access or use of our Platform
- Any data breach or unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information
- Any claim that our Platform infringes the rights of others

We will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our platforms, including but not limited to:
- Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, without notice. Teams and Users are responsible for reviewing this Agreement regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
